Terms of Service

By accessing or using AutoSEOBot (“Service”), operated by AutoSEOBot (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at autoseobot.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account. Accounts registered by automated methods (bots) are not permitted.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are unsatisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.

We use Stripe to process payments. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping it up to date.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days’ advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to three additional times over 14 days. If all attempts fail, your account will be downgraded to a free plan and autopilot publishing will be paused.

You own all content generated by AutoSEOBot. All blog posts, articles, images, and other materials created through the Service are your intellectual property. We claim no ownership rights over your content.

You grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service (e.g., publishing to your connected site). This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content published through the Service does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

AutoSEOBot integrates with third-party services including DataForSEO (keyword research), Anthropic Claude (content generation), OpenAI (image generation), and your website’s CMS (publishing). By using the Service, you agree to the terms of these third-party providers as applicable.

API rate limits and usage caps may apply depending on your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend API access to maintain service stability.

If you connect your own API keys (e.g., DataForSEO, OpenAI), you are responsible for any charges incurred on those accounts. We encrypt stored API keys at rest and never share them with third parties.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your paid plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees after reasonable notice.

Upon account deletion, we will permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it. You may export your content before deletion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoSEOBot and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Bangalore, India.
